Functions at Wentworth Park are held in the Function Room on Level 1 of the grandstand. This area can seat up to 360 guests.

The seating setup is round tables of 10 with a shared terrace area. A minimum of 50 people are required to make a booking. Smaller groups may be able to be accommodated, depending on other bookings.

Wentworth Park has a strict policy of no Bucks or Hens functions in the Level 1 function area. Other catering options are available for these groups on the ground and lower ground levels.  Bucks and Hens groups should note that, in accordance with our obligations under the law, no persons wearing inappropriate attire or intoxicated will be permitted entry into Wentworth Park.

Patrons should note that adequate, casual and neat attire is required for all patrons attending race meetings. This is of particular importance for those completing a presentation for a race sponsorship.

Wentworth Park strictly observes the principles of “Responsible Service of Alcohol”. This means you will not be allowed entry into the venue if you are intoxicated. If you have made a booking or have sponsored a race you will not be allowed entry if you are intoxicated. You will not be served alcohol if you are intoxicated.
